Fagus sylvatica ‘Dawyck Gold’ is een opvallende, smal opgaande cultivar van de gewone beuk. Deze zuilvormige boom valt op door zijn goudgele voorjaarsuitloop, waarna het blad in de zomer geelgroen wordt en in de herfst goudbruin verkleurt. Dankzij de slanke, recht opgaande vorm is dit een uitstekende boom voor smalle lanen, tuinen en stedelijke aanplant waar kleur en verticale accenten gewenst zijn.
